Common use of Tag and Label Clause in Contracts

Tag and Label. 14.1 At MetTel's request, CenturyLink will tag and label services terminated at the Network Interface Device (NID). Tag and label may be ordered as a standalone service. a. CenturyLink will include the following information on the label: order number, due date, MetTel name, and the circuit number. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must specify on the order form whether each service terminating at the NID should be tagged and labeled. c. The rates for tag and label and related services are set forth in the Pricing section. A trip charge may be billed in addition to the tag and label charges.
