Common use of Taking Possession Clause in Contracts

Taking Possession. 3.1 You will take possession of the Premises on the Possession Date. If you delay taking possession of the Premises, we will not postpone the Fitting Out Works Rent-free Period (if any) and/or the Term. 3.2 You agree to take the Premises on an ‘as is, where is’ basis and not to object to the state and condition of the Premises (including the structural, mechanical and electrical specifications) on the date you first take possession of the Premises.
