Common use of Team Assignments Clause in Contracts

Team Assignments. The assignment of the Swimmer and or DIver(s) to a practice team shall be the decision of the coaching staff. An assignment may be modified during the season if the coaching staff believes a different practice team would be more appropriate for the swimmer or diver.
