Technical Amendments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be amended solely with the consent of each Agent and Lead Borrower without the need to obtain the consent of any other Lender if such amendment is delivered in order to (i) correct or cure (A) ambiguities, errors, omissions, or defects or (B) incorrect cross-references or similar inaccuracies or (ii) effectuate administrative changes of a technical or immaterial nature.
