Common use of Technical Approach Clause in Contracts

Technical Approach. The proposal shall respond to each request to explain, state, provide or otherwise comment on each item with a detailed response. “Yes” or “No” answers are not acceptable. Your responses shall be tabbed and the specific paragraph will be repeated followed by the response. If you are the successful proposer, your responses shall be incorporated into the scope of services in the resultant contract.
