Common use of Technical Assistance and Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Technical Assistance and Monitoring. 1. County shall actively partner with Contractor to provide technical assistance, proactively resolve issues, and monitor the program activities selected to ensure compliance with State and County requirements at least once during the grant period. 2. County will monitor the performance of the Contractor according to the terms of this Contract and when County deems appropriate. 3. County will monitor the performance of Contractor based on the performance measures outlined in the Contractor’s RFP and aligned with CESH eligible activities, data reporting, other monthly performance and financial reports and ESG standards for rapid rehousing. In the event that performance consistently remains below the minimum requirement thresholds of the performance criteria in sections 2.B. and 2.C. of this Attachment, the Contractor will develop and submit performance improvement plans for County to evaluate.
