Common use of Technical Characteristics Clause in Contracts

Technical Characteristics. 4.3.4.1. The quality of the COMPANY'S source code base in terms of security design, documentation, performance, stability and reliability including year 2000 compliance is sufficient to carry on the business of the COMPANY as currently contemplated, subject, however, to (i) the ongoing improvements and developments made in the ordinary course of the COMPANY's business, and (ii) unforseen external market and technology developments.
