Technical Characteristics. The Distributed Energy Resource Provider has identified the Distributed Energy Resources that it owns, operates, or has a contractual entitlement to as part of a Distributed Energy Resource Aggregation in Schedule 1, as required by Section 4.17 of the CAISO Tariff.
