Common use of Technical Controls Clause in Contracts

Technical Controls. The Contractor must: implement firewalls, web application firewalls, distributed denial of service, and intrusion prevention systems to control traffic flow to and from the Contractor’s Systems; and secure remote access to the Contractor’s Systems by Contractor personnel and contractors.
