Technical Details. Technical details for the Pseudo-Tie are outlined in Appendix 1 to this Agreement. The Company shall maintain the Facility and its operations consistent with the specifications in Appendix 1 for the duration of the Agreement. Failure to maintain and operate the Facility consistent with the specifications outlined in Appendix 1 will be cause for suspension of the Agreement pursuant to section 11 below.
