Service Details and Standards. (i) The Service Provider should have a legal status, it can be a registered Proprietorship Firm/ Partnership Firm/ Company under Companies Act having legal entity with all statutory licenses/ registration for carrying out such activities like registration with labour department, PF Act, 1952. ESI Act. 1948. Income Tax Act etc. (ii) The Service Provider shall ensure that all the relevant licenses/ registrations/ permissions which may be required for providing the services are valid during the entire period of the contract; failing to which shall attract the appropriate penalties. The documents relevant in this regard shall be provided by the Service Provider to the Buyer on demand. (iii) Any violation of contractual obligations by the Service Provider/ manpower shall attract penalties, before imposing a penalty, the Buyer will provide 3 days prior notice to the Service Provider to make its representation. The Service Provider confirms and agrees that penalty whenever becomes payable, shall be deducted by the Buyer from the payments due to the Service Provider. (iv) In case the submission of bills is delayed by the Service Provider beyond 15 days from the date of completion of job for which the services have been provided, the entire liability towards payment of interest/penalty to the tax authorities shall be borne by the Service Provider.

Any of the Service provider’s deployed staff found smoking/chewing in the Buyer’s premises shall be removed immediately and shall not be deployed again over the contract duration. vi. The Service Provider shall be solely responsible for the redressal of grievances/ resolution of disputes relating to persons deployed. The Buyer shall, in no way, be responsible for settlement of such issues whatsoever. vii. No deployed manpower shall be allowed to stay in the Buyer’s premiseunnecessarily after working hours without ▇▇▇▇▇’s permission. viii. The personnel deployed shall undergo medical examination at the expense of the Service Provider to ensure that they are free from any communicable diseases and furnish medical examination certificate as and when called for by the Buyer. ix. The staff provided by the Service Provider shall not be deemed employees of the buyer hence the compliance of the applicable labor laws and acts i.e. the Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, PF, ESI Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Central Rules, 1971 and other relevant laws will be the sole responsibility of the Service Provider and buyer will in no way be responsible for any violation or liabilities in this regard. x. The Service Provider would be bound by the conditions with regard to police verification of the deployed staff and their medical fitness. All vehicles provided shall have all the necessary permits/licenses/clearances such as, but not limited to fitness certificate, PUC, full comprehensive insurance, road permit, registration certificate, as per the Motor Vehicles Act, RTO and other applicable laws and statutory bodies, for providing commercial vehicles for this service. 2. All vehicles provided shall be equipped with an emergency medical first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. 3. All vehicles should be in excellent working condition (both internally and externally) at all times. The service provider shall ensure that the vehicles deployed by him are cleaned thoroughly both internally and externally, boot kept clear of dust, rubbish, oil, bad odor and any personal belongings of the driver. 4. The vehicle deployed shall be parked at the Buyer’s/ User’s premises after the duty hours if desired so by the Buyer/ User and cannot be taken-out without written permission from the Buyer/ User. 5. The drivers of the vehicles must possess a valid driver license and must have a minimum 2 years of driving experience. 6. The drivers of the vehicles must have a working mobile number for easy contact by the passenger. It must also have an active internet connection at all times where google maps can be accessed, to navigate the shortest and/ or fastest route possible avoiding traffic jams. The driver shall be reachable at all times during duty hours. 7. The drivers of the vehicles deployed should maintain polite & courteous behaviour towards the buyer/ passenger. “Misbehaviour” which may include, but not limited to, consumption of alcohol during or prior to duty, denial of duty during service hours as defined by user, use of abusive language, theft, shall attract penalties as per provisions of the contract.

All ambulances deployed should confirm to the specifications with all-requisite factory fitted accessories, tools, and accessories including spare wheels and the other equipment in compliance as per AIS-125 of the National Ambulance Code and as per the M.V.Act /Rules in force. The ambulances should ensure a) minimum noise of engine and body while running b) tires with proper treads c) appropriately inflated stepney d) working headlights, tail lamps, indicators, speedometer, milometer etc. e) proper paint on the outside f) good condition of bumpers g) upholstery in good condition including washed and ironed white seat covers h) proper locking of all doors i) proper closing and opening of all windows. 6. All ambulances deployed shall arrive at designated location on time and with full or sufficient tank of fuel if provided by service provider. 7. The ambulances deployed shall be parked at the Buyer’s premises and cannot be taken-out without written permission from the Buyer.24-hour availability should be ensured. It must be ensured by the persons available at the time that genuine medical emergency exists before deputing the ambulance. 8. For Type C and D ambulances, internal communication between driver and patient compartment should be facilitated. The ambulance provided may have a Mobile/ Portable Radio System to be installed by the Buyer and the Service provider shall have no objection to that. 9. Service Details and Standards. 1. The Service includes all serving staff, utensils, crockery, packaging, dispensers, hot/ cold buffet chafers, tablecloth, mats, glass wear and all other equipment required for serving the desired quality of food. 2. For packets, the food items shall be put in a paper box, for the thalis, the food items shall be packaged in an airtight food box, and for the buffet, the food items will be served in stainless steel crockery, unless otherwise stated in the order. 3. Service Provider shall possess a valid license issued by Food Safety & Standard Authority of India (FSSAI), State Govt./ Central Govt., PAN, and copy of GST registration certificate from appropriate authority. 4. All persons employed by the Service Provider shall be medically fit for handling food and certified for fitness before engagement by the Service Provider. 5. The food items supplied should be as per Government standards. If at any point of the time any penalty is imposed by the Government Authority i.e. by Food Inspector of Food Department, the same shall be borne by the Service Provider. 6. The meal packets/ thalis/ buffet provided by the service provider should include therequirement of food and drink items as per the meal packagementioned in the service scope. 7. The service provider shall serve the food in healthy, ecofriendly packaging, also label all serving/ menu items with their name and/ or corresponding dietary restrictions (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Jain preparation etc.). 8. The crockery used shall be clean, not old, faulty(cracked, scratched);the packaged food packets should not leak, and the cloth and paper napkins provided should be clean. 9. The eatables served by the Service Provider to the guests shall be completely hygienic, free from any sort of adulteration or foreign ingredients etc. 10. Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian dishes shall be prepared and served separately. 11. All vegetables, fruits etc. used shall be fresh and not rotten or overripe. Milk and milk products such as curd, yoghurt, cheese etc. shall be of good quality and must be prepared and served fresh. All the items being used shall be stored properly and served before their expiry date. 12. Non-vegetarian dishes shall be prepared from fresh and good quality egg, chicken, mutton, fish or other sea foods as desired by the buyer and the same shall be purchased from the standard authorized shop. 13.
