The following documents form part of online bid:- (a) For qualify technical bid, the bidders should be provided signed and scanned copy of all documents. (b) The bidder may be a proprietary firm, Partnership firm, Limited Company, Corporate body legally constituted. (c) Nomination of one of the members of the partnership, consortium or joint venture to be in charge and this authorization shall be covered in the power of attorney signed by the legally authorized signatories of all members of consortium/joint venture/partnership firm; (d) Details of the intended participation by each member shall be furnished with complete details of the proposed division of responsibilities and corporate relationships among the individual members. (e) The bidder shall submit full details of his ownership and control or, if the Bidder is a partnership, joint venture or consortium, full details of ownership and control of each member there. (f) Bidder or members of a partnership, joint venture or consortium shall upload scanned copy of PAN card No. under the Income Tax Act of such understanding. (g) Bidder must submit scanned copies of all documents required, duly self- attested, along with technical bid of the tender. (h) The firm should have valid GST Registration. Copies of registration certificate(s) should be attached. Price bid submitted must include all components of Taxes/Duties. L1 will be decided on lowest Lump Sum total.   • Information Submission by Connecting Transmission Owner The initial information submission by Connecting Transmission Owner shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to Trial Operation and shall include New York State Transmission System information necessary to allow the Developer to select equipment and meet any system protection and stability requirements, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner. On a monthly basis Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide Developer and NYISO a status report on the construction and installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, including, but not limited to, the following information: (1) progress to date; (2) a description of the activities since the last report; (3) a description of the action items for the next period; and (4) the delivery status of equipment ordered.
