Technical Development. Novartis shall conduct the Technical Development of the clinical supply of APIs for Selected Drug Candidates. The cost for such Technical Development shall be a Development Expense, responsibility for which shall be allocated between the Parties in accordance with Section 8.3 of the Development Agreement.
