Technical Interchange Meetings and Design Reviews. BATC shall include DigitalGlobe in technical interchange meetings and design reviews such that DigitalGlobe can explain the intent behind various simulator requirements. BATC and DigitalGlobe shall refine high level requirements to detailed requirements during technical interchange meetings. BATC shall hold preliminary and critical design reviews for the Satellite Simulator. BATC shall hold intermediate Technical Interchange Meetings for the following modules at a minimum: the console, sensor and actuator models, redundancy modeling, fault modeling, thermal modeling, and power modeling.
