Common use of Technical Provisions Clause in Contracts

Technical Provisions. This Section provides for the physical connection of Carrier's and Telco's networks within the State for the transmission and routing of Telco to Carrier Paging Authorized Services traffic consistent with the requirements of 47 C.F.R. § 51.305. Telco and Carrier will physically connect their networks and exchange traffic originating from Telco’s End Users and terminating to Carrier’s End Users over their networks in connection with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Paging Authorized Services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
