Technical Provisions. 5.1. Vehicles shall, depending on the vehicle designation, comply with the following provisions as assigned in the table below3 For the purpose of this Regulation, MEMU vehicles shall comply with the requirements applicable to EX/III vehicles. Vehicles approved as being in compliance with the requirements applicable to EX/III under this Regulation, as amended by the 05 series of amendments, shall be deemed to comply with the requirements applicable to MEMU vehicles.
