Common use of TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT Clause in Contracts

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT. Experience of having successfully completed similar work during last seven (7) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited, and should have done either of the following: Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 1.66 lakh each OR Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 2.00 lakh each OR One similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 3.31
