Technical Support Services. 2.1 Subject to receipt by MicroStrategy of all fees owed by Licensee, MicroStrategy shall provide Licensee the level of Technical Support Services specified on an Order. 2.2 On each Order, MicroStrategy will state the price of Standard Technical Support Services for a period of one year commencing on the date of delivery of the Products. 2.3 Except as otherwise specified on an Order, upon expiration of the initial year of service, Licensee has the option to renew second year Standard Technical Support Services at the stated amount on the Order. 2.4 Thereafter, Licensee agrees to renew existing Technical Support Services for its Integrated Configuration unless Licensee provides written notice to MicroStrategy ninety (90) days before expiration of the then current term that it desires to have its Technical Support Services lapse.
