Technical Support Team. (a) Without limitation upon the provisions of Part A.1 of this Section, the Recipient shall maintain, at all times until the completion of the Project, Technical Support Team within the Office of the Prime Minster, with staff, terms of reference, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association. (b) Without limitation to sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph, the Technical Support Team shall support the staff of the Office of the Prime Minister with the responsibilities for, inter alia: (i) reviewing and consolidating the Annual Work Plans and Budgets, and ensuring their consistency with the Operational Manual; (ii) reviewing, on the basis of the appraisal of the Technical Planning Committee, and recommending to the Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister for approval Subprojects whose cost falls within the threshold specified in the Operational Manual; (iii) reviewing progress made towards achieving the Project’s objectives; (iv) facilitating the coordination of Project activities among the entities represented in the Technical Working Group, and making recommendations for removal of any obstacles to the implementation of the Project; and (v) providing comments on reports and reviews prepared by the Beneficiaries for the benefit of the Association.

Technical Support Team. The Technical Support Team has an excellent knowledge of the Fuse platform and the underlying technical architecture and systems used to run Fuse. They have access to system logs and diagnostic tools which help them to perform a deeper level of analysis than the Customer Service Team. The Technical Support Team may be able to resolve your issue if it is a configuration or settings issue on Fuse or on the customer’s infrastructure (internet browser configuration for example). Technical Support may need to ask you additional questions to gather information to help resolve the issue. If your issue has been attributed to our software not working in a way that has been specified and described, then we will raise this as a Bug. Our development team resolve bugs that have been passed to them by the Technical Support Team, prioritised according to our SLAs. We may also need to escalate to other Third-line support teams in order to get full resolution.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”).
