Technological Improvements. The Provider may, with BMV’s approval, incorporate technological improvements that better optimize the license plate production process and/or license plate performance. This includes, but is not limited to, the type of sheeting, ink, materials and equipment as mutually agreed upon between the Provider and BMV. Provider will keep Maine informed of new technology ideas, product performance enhancements and materials handling improvements.
