Income Protection, Trauma and Journey Insurance The Employer is, and will remain during the life of this Agreement, a participating employer in the Nominated Redundancy Fund and an employer member of IPT Agency Co Ltd. IPT Agency Co Ltd administers the insurance schemes covering income protection, trauma and journey accidents (Income Protection, Trauma and Journey Accidents Insurance Schemes).
Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults The Supplier will comply with all applicable legislation and codes of practice, including, where applicable, all legislation and statutory guidance relevant to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults and with the British Council’s Child Protection Policy, as notified to the Supplier and amended from time to time, which the Supplier acknowledges may include submitting to a check by the UK Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) or the equivalent local service; in addition, the Supplier will ensure that, where it engages any other party to supply any of the Services under this Agreement, that that party will also comply with the same requirements as if they were a party to this Agreement.
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man-made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster declared by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services:
i. Community evacuation;
ii. Health and medical assistance;
iii. Assessment of health and medical needs;
iv. Health surveillance;
v. Medical care personnel;
vi. Health and medical equipment and supplies;
vii. Patient evacuation;
viii. In-hospital care and hospital facility status;
ix. Food, drug and medical device safety;
x. Worker health and safety;
xi. Mental health and substance abuse;
xii. Public health information;
xiii. Vector control and veterinary services; and
xiv. Victim identification and mortuary services.
Information Technology The following applies to all contracts for information technology commodities and contractual services. “Information technology” is defined in section 287.012(15), F.S., to have the same meaning as provided in section 282.0041, F.S.
