Common use of Telephone Recording Clause in Contracts

Telephone Recording. Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.

Telephone Recording. Each party (i) consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel of the parties in connection with this Agreement or any potential or actual Transaction hereunder; (ii) agrees to obtain any necessary consent of and consents to give notice of such recording being used as to its trading and marketing personnel; and (iii) agrees that such recordings may be submitted in evidence in court proceedingsany proceeding relating to this Agreement, subject to applicable rules of discovery and evidence.

Telephone Recording. Each party (i) consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel of the parties in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents (ii) agrees to obtain any necessary consent of and to give any necessary notice of such recording to such personnel. The parties further agree that (insofar as may be permitted by law) any such recording being used as may be submitted in evidence to any court or in court proceedingsany formal proceeding for any purpose relating to any Transaction.

Telephone Recording. Each party party: (i) consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel of that party and its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction transaction; and (ii) agrees to obtain any necessary consent of, and consents to give notice of such recording being to, such personnel of it and its Affiliates; and (iii) will provide transcripts of such recordings (if any) upon reasonable request by another party; and (iv) acknowledges that such recordings and transcripts can be used as evidence by another party in court proceedingsany dispute between them.
