Common use of Telephone System Clause in Contracts

Telephone System. All telephones with services thereto shall be provided by Tenant. All telephone charges shall be paid by Tenant directly to the telephone utility company furnishing the service. All interior facilities within the Demised Premises required by the telephone company to provide service shall be furnished by Tenant. Tenant must cause conduit to be run from the telephone equipment rooms or panel boxes within the structure to the Demised Premises, and this must be done in accordance with the telephone company's requirements.
