Common use of Telephone System Clause in Contracts

Telephone System. The Parties acknowledge that DSPGL’s telephone system services both DSPGL’s facilities and those occupied by Corage under certain leases assigned by DSPGL to Corage pursuant to the Separation Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, Corage shall be entitled to utilize such telephone system without charge.
