Common use of Telephone System Clause in Contracts

Telephone System. Sublessee shall have the use of the existing telephone system located within the Premises during the Sublease Term. Sublessee shall surrender the telephone system to Sublessor in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted, at the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease. A description and an inventory of the equipment and services comprising the telephone system is attached as Exhibit "C".
