Common use of Temporaries Clause in Contracts

Temporaries. Temporary employees are defined as non-certified employees utilized to supplement existing staff. There shall be excluded from the category of temporary employees all persons/students engaged in summer work, work study or CETA programs. All other temporary employees shall, after the completion of sixty (60) calendar days, be placed on scale.
