Common use of Temporary Certificates Clause in Contracts

Temporary Certificates. Until definitive Certificates are ready for delivery, the Trustee shall authenticate temporary Certificates. Temporary Certificates shall be substantially in the form of definitive Certificates but may have insertions, substitutions, omissions and other variations determined to be appropriate by the officers executing the temporary Certificates, as evidenced by their execution of such temporary Certificates. If temporary Certificates are issued, the Trustee will cause definitive Certificates to be prepared without unreasonable delay. After the preparation of definitive Certificates, the temporary Certificates shall be exchangeable for definitive Certificates upon surrender of the temporary Certificates at the office or agency of the Trustee designated for such purpose pursuant to Section 7.12, without charge to the Certificateholder. Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Certificates, the Trustee shall execute, authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor a like face amount of definitive Certificates of authorized denominations. After the preparation of definitive Definitive Certificates, the temporary Certificates shall be exchangeable for definitive Definitive Certificates upon surrender of the temporary Certificates thereof at the office or agency of the Trustee designated for such purpose pursuant to be maintained as provided in Section 7.12, 3.07 without charge to the CertificateholderHolder. Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Certificates, the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Trust shall execute, authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor a like face principal amount of definitive Definitive Certificates of in authorized denominations. Until so exchanged, the temporary Certificates shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Agreement as definitive the related Definitive Certificates.

Temporary Certificates shall be substantially which are printed, lithographed, typewritten, mimeographed or otherwise produced, in any denomination, containing the form of same terms and representing the same rights as the definitive Certificates but may have insertions, substitutions, omissions and other variations determined to be appropriate by the officers executing the temporary Certificates, as evidenced by their execution in lieu of such temporary Certificateswhich they are issued. If temporary Certificates are issued, the Trustee Depositor will cause definitive Certificates to be prepared without unreasonable delay. After the preparation of definitive Certificates, the temporary Certificates shall be exchangeable for definitive Certificates upon surrender of the temporary Certificates at the office or agency of the Trustee designated for such purpose pursuant Depositor to be maintained as provided in Section 7.128.02(l), without charge to the CertificateholderHolder. Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Certificates, the Depositor shall execute and the Trustee shall execute, authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor a like face amount of one or more definitive Certificates of any authorized denominationsdenominations and of a like initial aggregate principal amount and Series Termination Date. Until so exchanged, the temporary Certificates shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Agreement as definitive Certificates.

After the preparation of definitive Certificates, the temporary Certificates shall be exchangeable for definitive Certificates upon surrender of the temporary Certificates at the office or agency of the Trustee designated for such purpose pursuant to Section 7.12, without charge to the Certificateholder. Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Certificates, the Trustee shall execute, authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor a like face amount of definitive Certificates of authorized denominations. Until so exchanged, the temporary Certificates shall be entitled to the same benefits under this Agreement as definitive Certificates.

Temporary Certificates. Until the definitive Certificates are ready for deliveryprepared, the Trustee shall authenticate may execute and deliver, in the same manner as is provided in Section 306, in lieu of definitive Certificates, one or more temporary Certificates of the same series and substantially of the tenor of the definitive Certificates in lieu of which such temporary Certificate or Certificates are issued, in denominations of $5,000 or any multiples thereof, and with such omissions, insertions and variations as may be appropriate for temporary Certificates. Temporary Certificates The Trustee, at the expense and direction of the Governing Board, shall be substantially in prepare and execute and, upon the form of definitive Certificates but may have insertions, substitutions, omissions and other variations determined to be appropriate by the officers executing the temporary Certificates, as evidenced by their execution surrender of such temporary Certificates. If temporary Certificates are issued, and the Trustee will cause definitive Certificates to be prepared without unreasonable delay. After the preparation of definitive Certificates, the temporary Certificates shall be exchangeable for definitive Certificates upon surrender of the temporary Certificates at the office or agency of the Trustee designated for such purpose pursuant to Section 7.12, without charge to the Certificateholder. Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more such surrendered temporary Certificates, the Trustee shall executewithout charge to the Holder thereof, authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor a like face amount of therefor, deliver definitive Certificates of authorized denominationsthe same series, of the same aggregate principal amount and maturity as the temporary Certificates surrendered. Until so exchanged, the temporary Certificates shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Agreement and security as definitive CertificatesCertificates of the same series executed and delivered pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
