Temporary Construction Easements Sample Clauses

A Temporary Construction Easement clause grants a party the right to use a specific portion of another's property for a limited period to facilitate construction activities. This easement typically allows access for workers, equipment, and materials necessary for the completion of a project, such as installing utilities or making improvements adjacent to the property. Its core function is to provide legal permission for temporary use of land, ensuring construction can proceed efficiently while protecting the property owner's rights once the project is complete.
