Common use of Temporary Easement Clause in Contracts

Temporary Easement. Grantor, for itself and its officers, employees, successors and assigns, hereby grants, bargains, sells, transfers and conveys to Grantee, its successors and/or assigns, a non-exclusive temporary easement (the “Easement”) in, on, over and through the Temporary Easement Area for the Permitted Purposes (as defined in Section 3 herein).
