Temporary Increase in Hours Clause Samples

The "Temporary Increase in Hours" clause allows an employer to temporarily raise an employee's working hours beyond their usual schedule for a defined period. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which additional hours may be assigned, such as during peak business periods or to cover for absent staff, and may specify limits on the duration or frequency of such increases. Its core function is to provide flexibility for employers to address short-term operational needs while ensuring employees are aware of and agree to potential changes in their work hours.
