Temporary Layoffs. This Article 17 does not apply to temporary layoffs of five (5) working days or less. A change in work location, or a reduction of work hours in any position less than defined in Article 17.01 shall not be considered a layoff under this Article and employees shall not be eligible to bump for these reasons.
