Common use of Temporary Positions Clause in Contracts

Temporary Positions. An employee who serves for one whole day or more in a higher-placed position within the same collective agreement area than their present employment is entitled to the wage agreed for the higher position during the time they worked in this higher position.

Temporary Positions. An employee who serves for one whole day or more in a higher-placed position within the same collective agreement contract area than their his/her present employment is entitled to the wage agreed fixed for the higher position during the time they he/she worked in this higher position. Temporary leading positions Employees in a subordinate position acting temporarily in a leading position will be given a compensation of NOK 400 for each day he/she acts in this capacity. The agreement’s provisions shall apply otherwise.
