Common use of Temporary Replacements Clause in Contracts

Temporary Replacements. The Authority, in its sole discretion, may call in a part-time employee to replace an absent employee or temporarily re-assign a full-time employee to replace the absent employee, and will not be subject to the provisions of Article 20 of this Agreement.
