Temporary Restraining Order. iPCS agrees that it shall seek, on the date hereof (and thereafter if necessary), the dismissal of the temporary restraining order presently in effect in the Existing Litigation commenced by the filing of the iPCS Complaint. iPCS further agrees, on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries, that it will not seek to enjoin the consummation of the Sprint Nextel Merger. Sprint agrees that it will not contest, in the Existing Litigation or any related litigation, jurisdiction over Sprint Corporation in the Circuit Court of ▇▇▇▇ County, Illinois and Sprint Corporation hereby submits to such jurisdiction in said action and agrees to immediately withdraw its objection thereto.
