Temporary Storage Clause Samples

The Temporary Storage clause defines the terms under which one party may store goods, materials, or equipment on another party's premises for a limited period. Typically, this clause outlines the duration of storage, any associated fees, responsibilities for security and maintenance, and conditions for removal or retrieval of the stored items. Its core function is to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties regarding temporary storage, thereby preventing disputes over property handling, liability, and access during the storage period.
