TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT. 5.1 If, following the Introduction of a Temporary Worker by the Employment Business to the Client within the Relevant Period, the Client Engages the Temporary Worker or introduces the Temporary Worker to any other person who then Engage the Temporary Worker, the Client will pay the Employment Business the Introduction Fee. 5.2 The Introduction Fee will apply when the Temporary Worker is introduced to the client within the Relevant Period by a Personal Services Company, and the client then engages the Temporary Worker via the Personal Services Company.
