Common use of Term and Commencement Clause in Contracts

Term and Commencement. The Term of this Lease shall commence on the Date of Lease as stated in the Basic Lease Information, and, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of this Lease, shall expire, without notice to Tenant, on the Expiration Date. In the event the Commencement Date occurs on other than on the first day of the month, such partial month shall be added to the Term and the Expiration Date shall be the last day of the last month of the Term.
