Common use of Term and Extension Clause in Contracts

Term and Extension. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement and shall expire on <<EXPIRATION>>, unless extended by written agreement of the authorized representatives of the Parties, or otherwise terminated in accordance with this article. The expiration of this Agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties accrued prior to expiration.
