Common use of Term and Purpose Clause in Contracts

Term and Purpose. ‌ 2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in force until the tenth (10) anniversary of the Effective Date unless terminated in respect of all the Parties in accordance with Clause 21 (the "Term").‌ 2.2 During the Term, the Parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to cooperate and collaborate with one another in order to deliver the VPA Bus Strategy and achieve the Purpose.
