TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement will commence on the commencement date specified in Schedule 1 and will continue until it is terminated in accordance with clause 14. 1.2 This Agreement will apply to all placements with the Organisation of students from Deakin’s Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment agreed between the parties in accordance with clause 2.
