Common use of TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. 2.1. This Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, continues in force for the Initial Term. Except as otherwise specified in the Sales Order, this Agreement, and the Services will automatically renew at the end of the Initial Term, and each Renewal Term, for a further Renewal Term unless (i) Customer provides SureCloud with written notice of termination of this Agreement no later than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Initial Term, or Renewal Term (as applicable), or (ii) SureCloud provides Customer with written notice of termination of this Agreement no later than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or Renewal Term (as applicable). 2.2. This Agreement applies to and governs the Sales Order which this Agreement accompanies (including any extension or renewal of that Sales Order). This Agreement also applies to and governs any purchases by Customer that increase the quantity of the original Services ordered (e.g. additional Users, and/or additional SureCloud Programs). 2.3. Each Sales Order, once entered into by the parties, shall constitute a separate contract, subject to its terms and the terms of this Agreement.
