Term and Termination; Survival. This Agreement and the license granted herein remains effective until terminated. Licensee may terminate the Agreement and the license at any time by un-installing or removing all copies of Software. If Licensee fails to comply with any provision of the Agreement NOMITECH shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement upon fourteen (14) days’ prior written notice to the Licensee.
