In this Collective Agreement, "Previous Collective Agreement" means the Collective Agreement that was in effect between the two parties for the period July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2019 including any amendments agreed to by the parties during that period. 1. Except as otherwise specifically provided, this Collective Agreement is effective July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022.
