TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the “Commencement Date” and shall expire a maximum of four (4) Years after the Commencement Date, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law (“Term”).
