Common use of TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire four (4) Years from the Commencement Date (the period between the Commencement Date and this date being the "Initial Term"), unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law. 2.2 The provision of Ordered Services under any Call-Off Contract entered into under this Framework Agreement shall commence on the Service Commencement Date set out in the Order on the basis of the Charges and shall expire no later than the date specified in the Call-Off Contract.
