TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 The Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and (unless it is extended in accordance with clause 2.2 or terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall terminate at the end of the 2nd anniversary of the Commencement Date. 2.2 The Council may extend this Agreement for a further period or periods of up to a further 12 months by providing the Provider 3 months’ notice before the end of the current Term. On acceptance by the Provider, the Agreement shall continue for the period set out in the notice.
