Term of Limited Contracts Sample Clauses

The 'Term of Limited Contracts' clause defines the specific duration for which a contract remains in effect, typically setting a clear start and end date for the contractual relationship. In practice, this clause applies to agreements that are not intended to be ongoing or indefinite, such as employment contracts for a fixed project or service agreements with a set completion timeline. By establishing a predetermined term, this clause ensures both parties understand the timeframe of their obligations, thereby preventing misunderstandings and facilitating proper planning for contract renewal or termination.
