TERM OF OCCUPANCY. Resident shall reside in the Home commencing on enter commencement date for a period of twelve (12) months. Thereafter, this Agreement shall automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party upon giving thirty (30) days prior written notice.
