TERM OF OCCUPANCY. The Landlord grants occupancy to the Resident only for a term of twelve (12) months, the premises known as (the “Premises”), for use as a dwelling only, together with the property noted on the Property Condition Report received at move in. Occupancy shall begin on Month , 20 and end on Month , 20 unless extended. This Agreement shall automatically extend on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party giving 30 days written notice.
