Common use of Term of Project Approvals Clause in Contracts

Term of Project Approvals. The term of any Subsequent Project Approvals (as defined in Recital D) for the Property or any portion thereof, specifically including, without limitation, subdivision map or maps and Site Development Review approval or approvals, shall be extended automatically for the Term of this Agreement.
